Biography
My name is Hafidah, and I am 33 years old. I was born in the Philippines and grew up as the only child in my family. Because of financial difficulties, I was unable to finish my education, but I never gave up on my dream of building a better future.
I started working as a domestic worker in Kuwait in 2017, and in 2019, my employers brought me to London, United Kingdom, with the hope of creating a better life. However, my journey was not easy. I experienced abuse and exploitation, but I found the courage and strength to free myself from that situation.
Despite everything I have been through, I continue to move forward with hope and determination. My experiences have made me stronger and taught me to believe in myself.

I choose courage to speak up, stand for myself, and use my experiences to help others who may be going through difficult times. I believe that no matter where we come from, we all deserve a chance to hope, grow, and build a better life.
